REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Electrical goods are only under warranty for 7 days after proof of delivery.
After this period, no refund will be given unless HobbyMania (Pty) Ltd in their sole discretion do decide to honour any claim.
IF returned in time and after inspection by HobbyMania (Pty) Ltd confirms that the product has been used in accordance with its user manual (whether such manual is provided WITH the product or needs to be sourced digitally over, for instance, the Internet), the purchase amount will be refunded to the relevant User's bank account (after receipt of such details as are necessary to complete such refund).
You may choose to have the same or a similar item sent to you, instead.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, HobbyMania will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
HobbyMania reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.
This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet HobbMania’s standards.
Should HobbyMania exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to email@example.com .
In all cases, the customer is liable for all Postage costs.
HobbyMania (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to over-rule this decision and actually pay some postage on your behalf at the sole discretion of HobbyMania (Pty) Ltd.
